Dosage:

Adults: 1–2 capsules immediately before consuming dairy products or any food containing lactose.
- For high lactose in the food or for severe lactose intolerance, you may need 2 capsules at a time, but no more than 2.
- Lactase enzyme must be taken each time you eat a lactose-containing food. It only works on the food just eaten. Lactase enzyme does not stay in the body and must be taken at each meal or with snacks containing dairy products.
